🎨 April/May Painting Contest 🎨

Theme: Single Miniature (any manufacturer) using the theme of gross gri dark

Entry

• $10 entry fee or spend $30+ on models/accessories to enter

• One entry per person

• Must be a single miniature on a 25–50mm base

• Kitbashes and conversions encouraged

• Models must be fully painted and based

Timeline

• Contest begins: February 1st

• Entry deadline: Noon, February 28th

• Display & Judging: Friday, March 13th at the 2nd Friday Norman Artwalk

• Models returned to participants after judging

Judging

• Panel: DMDave + Darrell

• Community vote at Artwalk

• Weighted scoring:

  • 1st place vote = 5 pts

  • 2nd place vote = 3 pts

  • 3rd place vote = 1 pt

• Tiebreaker decided by DMDave (if necessary)

Prizes

• Prize pool = $5 store credit per entrant

• Distributed:

  • 1st Place – 50%

  • 2nd Place – 33%

  • 3rd Place – 17%
